Are there really no per-project or per-user surprises?
Every paid plan has unlimited projects — no 10-project caps that force an upgrade mid-year. Field and time-only users are free on every plan; you only ever pay for full users, and Company makes those unlimited too.
Is AIA-style billing included on the cheapest plan?
Yes — full G702/G703-style pay applications, retainage, and change-order rollup are on every plan including Free. We will never gate billing behind a top tier.
What do I get on the Free plan?
One active project and one user with nothing inside it crippled: full estimates with trade assembly packs, proposal share links, and AIA-style pay applications with retainage. When you are billing several jobs a month, that is the point a paid plan makes sense. The free tools on the tools page need no account at all.
What does the 14-day trial include?
Everything in Crew, no credit card required. When it ends you keep your data and can drop to Free (1 active project) or pick a plan.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free (Solo $490/yr, Crew $990/yr, Company $1,490/yr).
