Per line, with a separate optional rate for stored materials, rounded to the cent the way GC accountants re-check it. Beyond accrual, BuiltSum tracks release: state step-down rules, the final retainage invoice at completion, and aging on unreleased retainage — the money most subs quietly lose.
Can I limit how many projects I bill?
