Something not working, a pay application that will not balance, a sign-in link that did not arrive. Include the project or tool name and, if you can, a screenshot. Free-tool work is saved in your browser, so tell us which browser you used.
Billing and plans
Plan changes, receipts, refunds and annual billing. Include the email address on the account. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach us, so do not send them.
Corrections
A retainage statute that has changed, a competitor price that moved, a formula you believe is wrong. Point at the page and the line; corrections are made and the page's updated date changes.
Sales, partnerships and press
Team rollouts, embedding our free calculators on your site, or writing about BuiltSum. The embed snippet on every calculator page is free to use as-is.
